i kissed your lips and i tasted blood.

i decided we might start out with something no one will get that never made it to the right home.

in one corner we've got The King - a not quite boisterous man but conceited in a flattering sense nonetheless. his crown is consistently tipped to the left thanks to an ever-present smirk and his eyes read OCCUPIED at all times so it's best to amble on to a lesser lusted for prince, dear, trust me i've been in this line for years (spot held by friends, stepped out for movie premieres, camped out for good seats to see the fireworks of imagination slash sparky breakups but ah-ha, i, too, have paid my dues and been drug through the celebratory cheers and kicked out on my rear; i've been covered in orange and forced to pick up the trash left behind by these so-called friends all while biting my tongue in a graceful manner and sucking in my gut to try and look like i deserve to be even bee-low His So Humbled Honor, as he was recently called in a meeting with the friends in passing - point being directly back to what i said i've stamped my feet to make a little line where i'd like to fall back on if i need to.)

wait - we're rolling - and it's back to memoidee

it would be a cover that pulls me back into the real world today. i'm sloopy and feeble, terrified of what is going to happen but i've sorted out my options and i look forward to the journey forward. bourne identity?

and in the opposite corner we've got The Joker or would you prefer The Ace? i. there black, there's appeal, there's too much you already know. now that there has been as refreshing sort of widow-maker wordplay i've come to find that this rearrangement (DO NOT NOTICE IT!) was not as composed as planned. this will have to be used as a coupon buy one get one free another day.

but then you back me up here and leave me king on the left, joker on the right - so who am i addressing? which audiance is fulfilled right now? slap the chest and throw up a palm - turn the wheel 'round and we'll make bets on who will go first. it would serve me right not to allow access to you today, hm? not to have to features frosted your name, faces complex to pull back against - snap brittle POP how about that one?

ONE of you will get this song, this all encumbering purely magical i have written about you so much that the wind may just take flight with you know and you HAVE become part of the wind in face when i speak i believe you are the wind and it is true what they say about the breeze, and this may be that train, or the last one home, but only one of you can have it and i don't know who or which or why not both and if this will end up abroad.

i lie - tievahnacfmehtohtobbothofthemcanhaveit - eil i

"oh you've never had the tale?" she asks, wide eyes suddenly turning back to the urgent frequency we once knew them to be

"no, no no, especially not written out in front of me."

she responds like a mission.

it really is just a pretty song.
