i have a deep desire to learn that dance with some friends and bust it out in a setting just like that. the same goes for wanting to recreate this video, one that i'm completely in love with. i thought it was practically impossible to make a video as beautiful as the song, but i was wrong.
back in my dreyfoos heydays when i was really getting into filming and editing i was pretty sure i'd end up doing music videos for my own solo career while just taking production roles on other people's projects in the future - this was all on account of the fact that driving things in my life are music and film so suddenly there was a clear combination of them both in front of me and i loved it. now that i don't watch tv... or at least have access to channels that actually play music videos, i suppose, i haven't really found too many new ones i really dig but have a long list of classics that will forever remain eternal to me

laaaadeeedaaaa i didn't get to watch the debate last night but i read up on it for a good hour today and it seems like the two finally acknowledged each other on stage. then i got a phone call for yet another person campaigning for obama while my parents and uncle were out visiting g-ma, and reassured her about where my loyalty lies. i honestly don't care who people are voting for right now, as long as they go out and fucking vote. dear american citizens, lets not have something like this follow the headline of whoever wins the morning of november 5th. thanks, a concerned voter. ps. shaaame canada, shaaaame! though rock on with you guys having most of your territories sticking with the same-sex marriage /civil marriage act. holla, equality.

taken with the same camera (see below) as my own. legacy, style, babes.

i don't care how much money it costs, eventually that baby is getting fixed. excuse me while i revel in the polaroid blast from the past.

i have a couple of current obsessions that include CANDACE MEYER'S photography, chinese face reading, RYAN RUSSELL'S live music photos and polaroids, TODD KNOPKE artwork, defacing portraits and ads in magazines anywhere i can find them, smoking less cigarettes, RJD2's Deadringer album, the gusts of wind that keep blowing around these past few days, digging through my collection of leggings and stockings, and NOTPAPER.NET. i highly recommend them all.

i am honestly going insane without cameras or my photos/flickr. someone just shoot me and put me out my misery, i fell into such a horrible rut when i didn't have my rebels before i got my nikon... if i don't have an outlet of creativity via photography and access to photos of mine i drive myself into a wall of stagnant thoughts and funk. i feel like i had a limb chopped off or very private memories stolen from me.
