take off your overcoat you're staying for the weekend.

dear parents,
thank you for my upbringing with classical music and subscription to rolling stone as a christmas present last year.

why so necessary for life? um. first of all

kings. of. leon. on. the. cover.
i have been waiting for this moment since 2005, no lie. now i can revel in it and not have to worry about not having the money for the magazine.
also; my mom was heavy into classical music - moreso than my father - when i was a child and she totally turned me on to it. in 7th grade i felt like the listening had paid off because i was the only one who could name Tchaicovsky's 1812 Overture in mr. cohen's class. i just like all the different instruments coming together and the timing of it. i think it's a really different dynamic than rock or folk music - but i bet some theory kid is going to whoop my ass on the street for saying such thing. anyways, i was on youtube when THIS caught my eye.
i suggest you watch the following in HQ and keep an eye out for the storm trooper.

i am 3 loads of laundry into the day - no real progress on the strap/photos. got a callback about a job but i'm keeping my mouth shut for fear of jinxing myself. instead i'll just put up some highly shopped/film shots because yay. peektures.

starting with shots from an old roll taken at the gopher tortoise preserve on hypoluxo and fading into assorted digital junk.

i'm having too much fun with editing techniques.
